SEMINAR SERIES: AN OVERVIEW OF PSYCHOANALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE
Hosted by Rosalie Birkin – Child and Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist
This seminar series will focus on the practice of psychoanalytic psychotherapy. This will include thinking about transference, countertransference, the psychoanalytic frame, and working with endings. Reading material provided will be reviewed in each seminar and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Clinical material will also be discussed to assist with further understanding of the theory. It is best if participants can also contribute their own clinical material so that the application of the theory is clearer.
FEE: $350 + GST (includes text book) for a series of five 75-minute seminars held online.
DATES: Wednesdays – June 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, & July 4th.
TIME: 5:30pm – 6.15pm
